    Jim Rodgers

    Jim Rodgers joined AUC Group in 2014 as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In this role, he was instrumental in structuring the acquisition of Gaylord Environmental, a key competitor, and integrating their operations into the company’s business.

    Prior to joining AUC Group, Mr. Rodgers was the CFO and Controller for Lange Mechanical Services, L. P. He has 25 years’ experience in financial operations and management at companies including Texas Instruments, Siemens AG, Johnson Controls, Valiant Yachts and Aeroflex MIC Technology, Inc.

  • Chris Nichols

    Design Group Manager
    Chris Nichols

    Chris Nichols joined AUC Group as Design Group Manager in 2007 where he has full responsibility for the design and CAD departments. Each plant’s design, from concept through delivery, is within his authority. He manages the production of technical specifications, design reports and drawings during the submittal and fabrication phases of wastewater treatment plant projects. Mr. Nichols works with the developer and engineering communities in the design and budgeting of wastewater treatment plants. In addition, he works with outside vendors in the fabrication of components for AUC Group plants.

  • John T. Croom

    Sr. Business Development Manager

    John Croom is AUC Group’s Senior Business Development Manager responsible for new client acquisition and account management across the southeastern United States, including Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina. Mr. Croom was previously a Process Sales Engineer with Southern Water Technologies where he worked with municipal and industrial clients providing water and wastewater treatment needs. He owned and operated his own environmental consulting firm, OSR, LLC. A graduate of the University of Southern Alabama, he is an active member and presenter with AWWA, AWEA, WEF, AL-MS-FL associations, PEP Industrial Environmental Partners, Mobile Bay NEP and the Mobile Area Chamber of Commerce.

  • Michael Barker

    Business Development Manager, Carolinas

    Michael Barker serves as AUC’s Business Development Manager for the Carolinas. Mr. Barker brings over 10 years of water treatment, sales and business development experience.  He was previously responsible for business development of nuclear, government and industrial water and wastewater treatment projects for an industrial water treatment solutions provider.  Mr. Barker has a Bachelor of Marketing and Entrepreneurship from the University of Tennessee.

  • Jared Alder

    Business Development Manager, Southwest

    Jared Alder manages the business development efforts in the Southwestern U.S., including, but not limited to, Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado, Utah, Nevada and California.  Mr. Alder has over 15 years’ experience in the water industry and is an active member of WEF, AWWA.

  • David Rolen

    Project Manager
    David Rolen

    David Rolen joined AUC Group in 2016 as a Project Manager. He provides leadership on many projects with responsibilities including overseeing budgets, communicating with clients and organizing design schedules. He also selects and coordinates fabricators and works with general contractors during the installation of plants.

    Prior to joining AUC Group, Mr. Rolen worked for 8 years as a Project Manager and Department Manager for engineering consulting firms, Terracon Consultants and Aquaterra Engineering. He had a wide range of responsibilities that included business development and personnel management, project management, project estimating, development of proposals and statements of qualifications, client communication, review of quality control data and development of methodologies to investigate project profitability and improve “go-no go” decisions on prospective clients. Some major projects in which he was involved include the LSU Tiger Stadium South End Zone Expansion, Wal-Mart Neighborhood Markets, American Creosote Works Superfund Site and Our Lady of the Lake Hospital.

  • Monica Cerceo, E.I.T.

    Project Manager

    Monica Cerceo is a member of our Project Execution team where she serves as a Project Manager, overseeing the success of our wastewater treatment plant installations.  Prior to joining AUC, Ms. Cerceo was an Engineer at Lockwood, Andrews, and Newnam, Inc. where she focused on flood mitigation and sanitary system projects. She has a Bachelor of Engineering with a concentration in Civil Engineering, Water Resources Emphasis, from LeTourneau University and is an active member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and the Water Environment Association of Texas.

  • Mike Williams

    Construction Manager
    Mike Williams

    Mike Williams brings over 40 years’ experience in building wastewater treatment plants to the AUC Group where he serves as Construction Manager. He oversees all aspects of the projects including managing the AUC Group field crews. Mr. Williams is also responsible for the timely implementation of each project, controlling costs, coordination with subcontractors, fabricators and vendors. He provides technical support to field supervisors, is responsible for on-site safety and coordinates site delivery of all components for a complete system. Mr. Williams began his career with TEC Industries in 1974 as a helper on a job site building wastewater treatment plants. He was promoted to Job Foreman then eventually to Construction Manager. Mr. Williams has been key to the success of AUC Group throughout its 45 year history. His knowledge of wastewater treatment solutions is unparalleled in the industry.
